My Career & Commitment
I began my teaching career in 2007 as a long-term substitute teacher in Markham. Then I earned my teaching certificate & Master's degree in Elementary Education from Saint Xavier University in 2011. Furthermore, I have been teaching third through sixth grade students while specializing in Math. Now, I am a sixth grade teacher at James Hart school in Homewood. My specialty is increasing mathematical skills of students and closing learning gaps in multiplication, division and fractions. I am committed to strengthening the students conceptual understanding of math concepts so they will be ready for the next level on their educational journey.
